Pam
Office Administrator
The pleasant and friendly voice that you hear when you call our office is likely that of Pam’s. Pam has been with Crystal Lake Endodontics since the office opened in November 2008.
Pam assists our patients with scheduling, insurance details and payment options. She enjoys working with our patients and ensures that they have a pleasant and positive experience at our office.
Pam loves to travel and in her spare time she enjoys reading and walking.
Mayra
Lead Dental Assistant
Mayra has been an invaluable member of our team since 2017. Mayra is a dedicated dental assistant. She is a graduate of the First Institute’s Dental Assisting program.
In keeping with the mission of the practice, she is committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients in the most efficient manner possible. She ensures rigorous infection control procedures are followed at all times. She is very much a people person who strives to make our patients comfortable.
In her spare time, Mayra loves baking and face-painting. She enjoys spending time with her family.
Lesley
Dental Assistant
Lesley is the newest addition to our practice and has been with us since May 2018. She is a graduate of the First Institute’s Dental Assisting program.
Lesley is hard-working and meticulous. She has quickly established herself as a key member of our team. She goes the extra mile to ensure our patients are at ease at all times and that procedures go extremely smoothly. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
In her spare time, Lesley enjoys making Youtube videos, conducting makeup tutorials and spending time with her family.
Heridani
Front Desk / Dental Assistant
Heridani has been working part-time with our office since 2017. We added her position to help with our growing needs.
Heridani is very pleasant and kind. She assists our patients with scheduling appointment, insurance details and payment options.
However, as an experienced dental assistant, she is equally capable of helping the doctor chairside with patient care when needed. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Heridani is an avid runner and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at the food pantry.
Paige
Summer Intern
Paige is a rising college sophomore attending University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She graduated from Cary-Grove High School in May of 2018 and has been working at our office over her summer breaks.
Paige is interested in pursuing a career in dentistry because of her desire to work in the healthcare field and to be able to transform the lives of patients using her hands. At our office, she assists in sterilization procedures, cleaning and setting up rooms between patients and answering phones.
In her free time, she enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her dog
