About Dr. Anupama Sridhar

Dr. Sridhar is passionate about providing high quality endodontic treatment. With that in mind, after providing endodontic care at group practices in the Chicagoland area, she established Crystal Lake Endodontics in 2008, and has been practicing exclusively out of this office since then. Dr. Sridhar’s patients compliment her for her skillful, thorough and compassionate care, which instantly puts them at ease.

Dr. Sridhar completed her specialty training in Endodontics at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2006. Prior to that, she practiced general dentistry in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

In 2001, Dr. Sridhar received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. While there, she was awarded the Alpha Omega Scholarship Award for the highest scholastic achievement, the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Award and the Procter & Gamble Pediatric Dentistry Award. Following this, she was admitted to a selective General Practice Residency in Hospital Dentistry at the University of Michigan, which she completed in 2002.

Dr. Sridhar credits her strong foundation in dentistry to a rigorous 5-year program at the T. N. Government Dental College in Chennai, India. She graduated from there at the top of her class with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1996.

Dr. Sridhar is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and McHenry County Dental Society.

On a personal note, Dr. Sridhar is married with two children. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, music, yoga, vegan cooking and spending time with her family.
