Office Fees and Payment Policies / Office Insurance Policy

Congratulations on your decision to try to save your tooth – nothing feels and functions like a natural tooth. You can be assured that we will make every effort to achieve successful endodontic treatment.

About Dental Insurance

Each insurance company can arbitrarily dictate its own usual and customary fees for dental procedures. These fees do not reflect any particular standard of care. Rather, they represent a median fee based on fee schedules from several dental practices located in different zip codes. This median fee does not take into consideration an individual practitioner’s own costs of operation and standard of care. Our focus is on making sure you receive the highest quality, state-of-the-art endodontic care. Our fees are aligned with the outstanding services we provide and go towards defraying the additional costs we incur in doing so.

Participating with insurance companies for discounted services is in direct conflict with our mission to provide the highest quality of care. As a result, this practice does not participate in any insurance network and we are considered “out of network”. However, as a courtesy, we are happy to submit to your insurance company for you.

If you are interested in interest-free financing options, please ask us about Care Credit.

About Fees

A consultation fee is due at the time of consultation. This fee includes a 3D scan,
which is essential to better diagnose and treat your case. If you have dental insurance, we will submit a claim for your consultation fees to your insurance provider who will determine coverage per your contract, and, if applicable, will pay you directly.

Endodontic treatment fees vary and will be discussed at the time of consultation.

  • Full payment for treatment is due at the time of service.
  • Our office offers 6- or 12-month interest-free financing options through Care Credit, if needed.
  • If you have dental insurance, we will submit your claim to your insurance company when treatment is completed.  The insurance company will determine the amount payable per your contract and reimburse you, directly.
  • If you would like, we can submit a pre-treatment estimate to determine your level of coverage. However, this can take a few weeks depending on the insurance company.
  • Outstanding balances, over 60 days, will be subject to monthly finance charges and maybe referred to a collection agency.
